This is for anyone wishing to understand emotional resilience, to learn more about their own resilience and how to improve their coping skills. It is especially suitable for, but not limited to those with leadership responsibilities, those in stressful roles.
For example, managers, social workers, teachers, doctors, youth workers and those in the emergency services etc.
We will explore what we mean by resilience. You will discover and measure your own resilience. This will be followed up with a number of coping skills and ways to improve your resilience You will end up with a personal action plan.
