This 3-hour face-to-face training workshop is very comprehensive and will explore the following areas:

This in-person workshop is primarily for workplace settings and can also be made bespoke to your particular organisational needs.  The minimum number required for the workshop is 6 and maximum is 20, but works best with about 12 trainees. The workshop can also be applied to other organisational situations or where teams are involved, in a paid or voluntary capacity.

This workshop is very comprehensive.  Your employees will cover the various aspects summarised in the course outline.  The workshop is interactive and trainees will learn together in small groups, pairs and feedback to the rest of the larger group where there will be opportunity for discussion.  Various media is used to keep attention of the trainees and to make it fun and interesting.  Trainees will complete the workshop by writing down their own private reflections and then by formulating an action plan, which they will discuss with their line manager. or supervisor.
