Qualifications

University and College qualifications are only the beginning of demonstrating your learning and knowledge, but necessary to show what you are capable of.  If we are wise, we are continually learning by reading and listening to others and through our experience with others and trying new things. However, below are the  qualifications I have that relate mostly to what I do.

BSc Honours Degree in Psychology and Information Management (Queen’s University, Belfast);

University Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring (QUB);

Diploma in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (West University, Scotland/ via Institute of Counselling, Scotland);

CELTA Teaching Certificate (Belfast Metropolitan College);

Advanced Diploma in Nutrition (Shaw Academy, Dublin)

Qualifications

Certificate in Life Coaching (Mindstream, Dublin);

Certificate in Personal Coaching (The Coaching Academy, London);

Other areas of learning

I am a Full Member of the Association for Coaching and a Women in Business (NI) member. I’ve attended many courses both in my career and in my own personal development, too many to mention here, but some of which include, Stress Management, Time Management, Interviewing Skills, Mental Health and Cultural studies. I am committed to my own personal and professional development, so my training is ongoing.  Even when not attending courses, I continue to read many books and listen to podcasts, attend seminars, webinars, watch Ted Talks and love listening to audiobooks.
